LA TABLA CON EL PAN / BOARD WITH BREAD

Ya me ha llegado la tabla con el trabajo de Carmen (Narán). ¡¡¡ESPECTACULAR!!!
No dudó en ningún momento en aceptar el reto.

I just have the bread cutting board together with Carmen's work (Narán). WONDERFUL!!!
She didn't hesitate to accept my challenge.

Como ya le he comentado a ella, con su trabajo la tabla adquiere un realismo extraordinario.
La textura del pan, las migas, el color, si ponemos imaginación hasta parece que huele a pan recién horneado. Es una artista.

As I said to her, the bread cutting board becomes real with her work.
The texture of the bread, the crumbs of bread, the colour, you can imagine that it smells of bread which is just baked. She is an artist.

Y por supuesto con sus miguitas en el interior.

And it has its litte crumbs of bread inside, of course.

Y de regalo por si no tuviera bastante, los filetes empanados, que os aseguro que en la mano ganan en realismo.

And she gave me some coated meat as a present and I can state that it looks like very real on your hand. 

TABLA DE CORTAR PAN

He realizado estos dos modelos de tabla de cortar pan con el cuchillo incorporado, partiendo de una foto, que una muy buena miniaturista (Narán) me mandó hace tiempo.
Como le falta el pan y yo el fimo ni sé por donde cogerlo, le he mandado las dos tablas a Narán y le he retado a que lo complemente y me devuelva una de las dos.

I have just made these two kinds of bread cutting boards  with a built-in knife. I have made it on a photo that a great miniaturist (Narán) sent me some time ago.
As it doesn't have any bread and I don't know how the miniature plaster works, I have challenged her to make some accessories and that she sends me one of them.

CAJÓN PARA HERRAMIENTAS

En verano, con los calores, no apetece tanto hacer manualidades, así que esta es la última obra hasta que pase el verano.
Este cajón para herramientas u otros materiales lo encontré navegando por internet. Me gustó por su simplicidad pero a la vez es un elemento de gran utilidad para cualquier taller o sala de trabajo.
Sus medidas son 36 mm. (altura) por 34 mm. de ancho y fondo.
Le he cambiado los tiradores y lo he realizado en madera clara de ramín.
Espero que os guste.

In summer, it doesn't feel like making miniatures because of the heat. So, it is the last item until the summer is over.
I found this tool box or this box for other materials when I was surfing the net. I liked this because of its simplicity,but at the same time, it is a very useful item in any workshop.
It is 36 mm high, and 34 mm long and wide.
I have changed the handles and I have made it in pale ramin wood.

JUEGO DE COCINA

Este útil juego de cocina es una de las novedades que llevamos a la Feria de Benidorm. Todos sus elementos se pueden sacar. También preparamos uno más sencillo que se puede ver a continuación.

We took this useful kitchen set as a new feature to the Benidorm fair. All its pieces can be taken out. We also prepared another one simpler which is shown after it.

CRUCIFIJO

En relacción con las fechas que nos encontramos (Semana Santa) he realizado este crucifijo de mesa.

Because it is Easter, I have made this table crucifix.

TUTORIAL CUENCO

Es simple y bastante rápido el conseguir este resultado partiendo de la vaina de una bellota.

It's very easy and fast to get this work. The starting point is a corn pod.

Como podéis ver podemos coger el tamaño que queramos.

As you can see, we can choose whatever size we want.

El primer paso es cortarle el rabito. Se puede hacer con cualquier serrucho pequeño o incluso con la mano. No está muy duro.

The first step is to cut its stem. You can do it with a little saw or even with your hand, It's no very hard.

Lijamos esta parte hasta que asiente bien, ya que será la base del cuenco.

Sand this part until it sets rightly, because it will be the base of the bowl.

Seguimos lijando la parte rugosa del exterior hasta que quede lisa completamente.

En el interior tiene como una pelusilla que deberemos lijar también.

Go on sanding the rough outside until it becomes smooth.

 Inside there is some hair that we have to sand. 

Damos una mano de goma laca o tapaporos y dejamos secar.

Give some sealer and leave to dry.

Lijamos bien, enceramos y pulimos y ya tenemos nuestro cuenco.

Si tenéis algún problema no dudéis en preguntar.

Sand carefully, wax and polish and then you have your bowl.

CAJA CON ENSAMBLE DENTADO

La realización de esta caja ha sido para probar el ensamble dentado de la madera. Es un sistema de unión un poco más complicado pero le da mucha realidad a la miniatura, además de consistencia. Se suele utilizar para cajas o en los cajones de los muebles.

I have made this box to prove finger joints with wood. It is a join system a little difficult but it looks like more real and apart from this it gets more consistency. It is usually made in boxes or in drawers.
